[ he spins on his heel, not recalling that he'd ever invited her in and realizing, belatedly, exactly what she's looking for.
which is leaning against one of the beds closest to the door. the bed itself looks entirely made, as if never slept in at all.
he makes a quick beeline for it, snatching it up off the ground and holding it to his chest. no touchy!! ]
